Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Routine mowing runs week to week, and larger projects are quoted and agreed to in writing before work starts.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Your yard is moved to the next workable window as conditions allow. You will know if weather changes the schedule.
What is included in a spring or fall cleanup?
The scope can include leaf and debris removal, bed cleanup, trimming back dead growth, and clearing hard surfaces. Specific needs are listed in the estimate.
How does the estimate process work?
Send your address and what you want done. We review the property, then provide an itemized written estimate before work is scheduled.
Do you offer one-time services, or only ongoing maintenance?
Both. Weekly and bi-weekly mowing are common, and one-time cleanups, installs and landscape projects are welcome.
How is payment handled?
Checks are payable to America Landscapes. Invoices can also be paid online through QuickBooks. Payment terms are shown on the invoice or estimate.
